<h3>This is a remote position.</h3>Our client is looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Paid Media Specialist to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. This role is 100% remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere. Over the past few years, they have solidified their reputation as a leader in the retail consultancy space by consistently delivering exceptional growth for their diverse portfolio of clients through a holistic, full-funnel marketing approach.<p></p>In this role, you will be at the helm of developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies across a variety of platforms, including Meta, Google, Bing, X, Reddit, and LinkedIn. You will play a pivotal role in driving online sales and maximizing performance for a growing roster of retail clients.<p></p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><li><p>Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across all assigned client accounts.</p></li><li><p>Manage, execute, and continuously optimize campaigns on key platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Microsoft Ads.</p></li><li><p>Analyze campaign performance data, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to meet and exceed client objectives.</p></li><li><p>Cultivate and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients through clear communication and consistent delivery of results.</p></li><li><p>Lead performance review meetings with both internal team members and external client partners.</p></li><li><p>Provide strategic support and insights to the senior leadership team.</p></li><li><p>Establish and refine internal processes to ensure efficient use of resources and achievement of goals.</p></li><li><p>Independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.</p></li><br><h3>Requirements</h3><li><p>A minimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Media management (SEM &amp; Social) with a specific focus on eCommerce.</p></li><li><p>At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Shopify, Commerce Manager, and Google Merchant Center.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency with web analytics platforms, specifically GA4 or Adobe Analytics, for at least 2 years.</p></li><li><p>At least 1 year of experience managing advertising campaigns on X, Reddit, or LinkedIn.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated skill using reporting tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Datorama.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT to enhance work efficiency and productivity.</p></li><li><p>A strong, process-oriented mindset with an exceptional attention to detail.</p></li><br><h3>Benefits</h3><li><p>This is a part-time, 100% remote position.</p></li><li><p>The opportunity to work with a diverse and exciting portfolio of retail clients.</p></li><li><p>Be part of a forward-thinking team that employs a holistic, 360-degree approach to business growth.</p></li><br><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
