Chief of Staff to the CCO

Chief of Staff to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)   We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) in driving the firm's commercial priorities and go-to-market initiatives. This individual will play a critical leadership role in helping scale and operationalize the firm's commercial function by driving cross-functional initiatives, managing executive operating cadence, and enhancing visibility into key revenue and pipeline metrics.  This role can be based in New York, Boston, or San Francisco.  The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, operational rigor, executive presence, and analytical capabilities. This role is best suited for a proactive leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth professional services environments and is comfortable influencing across senior stakeholders and multiple business functions.  Key Responsibilities:  Commercial Initiative Leadership: Own and drive execution of the CCO's commercial initiative portfolio, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, visibility into progress, and accountability against strategic priorities.
