Contract Management - end-to-end</strong></h6><ul><li><p>Manage incoming and outgoing contract workflows: onboarding, validation, signing, archiving, tracking renewals, and integration between our CLM (Juro) and other tools such as Hubspot (our CRM) and Snowflake (our data warehouse)</p></li><li><p>Serve as the primary point of contact for business teams (Sales, Finance, Real Estate) regarding contract management processes</p></li><li><p>Coordinate local representatives and validate the flow of information into the CLM</p></li><li><p>Maintain the contract database so it is clean, up-to-date, and usable at all times</p></li></ul><h6><strong>2. Management and administration of Juro (our CLM)</strong></h6><ul><li><p>Ensure the day-to-day operation of the tool: user tickets, workflow updates, creation and update of templates and playbooks based on business priorities</p></li><li><p>Serve as the link between team needs and tool updates</p></li><li><p>Prioritize and document improvement requests in collaboration with the Head of Core Ops and the Juro teams</p></li></ul><h6><strong>3. Legal Data &amp; Reporting</strong></h6><ul><li><p>Enrich and ensure the reliability of data in Juro to feed our financial reports (Omni) and the group's KPIs</p></li><li><p>Standardize data entry practices across the 10 countries in the scope</p></li><li><p>Produce dashboards and analyses enabling management to oversee the group's contractual commitments</p></li></ul><h6><strong>4. Training &amp; Enablement</strong></h6><ul><li><p>Onboard new users to Juro and the contractual processes</p></li><li><p>Keep training materials up-to-date and accessible</p></li><li><p>Reduce ad hoc requests through clear and proactive documentation</p></li></ul><h6><strong>5. Operational support for the Legal team</strong></h6><ul><li><p>Support the management of intellectual property tools, Notion pages, insurance processes (collection of certifications, follow-ups, checks), and operational compliance</p></li><li><p>Contribute to the development and standardization of legal processes across the group (templates, playbooks, multi-entity procedures)</p></li></ul><h4><strong>😎 Ideal Candidate</strong></h4><h5><strong>Education</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Master's degree or equivalent.
