As part of our continued growth, we are launching Transaction Coordination Services as a new offering within our full suite of partner services — and we're looking for the right leader to build it out and run it at scale.</p><p>We are looking for a seasoned, hands-on Director of Real Estate Transaction Coordination Services to lead and own this new national operation. This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for someone who has built and managed high-performing TC teams and understands the complexity, pace, and precision that residential real estate transactions demand.</p><p>This is a fully remote position open to candidates based on the East Coast. You must be able to operate within Eastern time zone and be available during standard business hours.</p><p>You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a large, distributed transaction coordination team — including a robust network of virtual assistants — supporting hundreds of thousands of real estate agents nationwide. Our model operates at national scale, and this role is central to making that work.
