Be #1 when people look for charging stations</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Define and scale the SEO strategy country by country, adapting it to each local market, leveraging AI to produce and localize content faster</p></li><li><p>Manage our SEO agency (Arkee) and editorial partner (On Track) to ship high-performing content on time</p></li><li><p>Make the app impossible to miss on the App Store and Google Play visibility, search ranking, and featured placements</p></li><li><p>Boost Electra's presence on navigation and map apps (Google Maps, Waze, Apple Maps) right where drivers are looking for a charger</p></li></ul><h5><strong>2. Turn our owned channels into conversion machines</strong></h5><p><em>Website</em></p><ul><li><p>Own website performance and user experience across all markets</p></li><li><p>Build and deploy new landing pages based on business needs (price comparison, feature highlights, badge ordering, etc.)</p></li><li><p>Continuously improve conversion performance</p></li></ul><p><em>In-station</em></p><ul><li><p>Drive in-station traffic to app usage</p></li><li><p>Test and evaluate new advertising formats (totem, screens, Electra Line, animations, games…) within stations</p></li><li><p>Manage the operations and logistics of the campaigns</p></li></ul><h5><strong>3. Build the playbook and coordinate its implementation across 9 markets</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Work directly with local Marketing managers to adapt and deploy organic growth initiatives in each country</p></li><li><p>Ensure consistency of execution while leaving room for local market specifics</p></li></ul><h5><strong>4. Analyse results and build data-driven recommendations</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Define the metrics and dashboards to track performance across all channels and markets</p></li><li><p>Turn insights into prioritised actions and continuously raise the bar on what good looks like</p></li></ul><h4><strong>😎 Your Profile</strong></h4><ul><li><p>3+ years in growth or digital marketing, with hands-on ownership of a channel</p></li><li><p>Fluent in French and English, you can brief an agency in France and align with a market lead in Germany without losing nuance</p></li><li><p>You are analytical and business-focused; you know how to use data to inform your decisions.</p></li><li><p>Multi-market experience is a plus, you know that copy-pasting a strategy across countries doesn't work, and you enjoy figuring out what does</p></li><li><p>You use AI as a real productivity lever, not just ChatGPT for drafts, but workflows and automations that let you punch above your weight</p></li><li><p>You know how to steer agencies, sharp briefs, clear feedback, delivery on time</p></li><li><p>You ship, you don't wait for the perfect brief, the perfect tool, or the perfect moment.
