<ul><li><strong>Financial Reporting:</strong> Support the preparation of detailed financial and administrative reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency</li><li><strong>Financial Modelling &amp; Analysis:</strong> Build and refine financial models, and assist in the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis cycles, helping to identify risks and opportunities</li><li><strong>Process Setup &amp; Operations:</strong> Help build and maintain financial processes from the ground up, including data management within financial systems</li><li><strong>Ad-Hoc &amp; Project Support:</strong> Support high-impact projects in collaboration with regional Finance teams, handle ad-hoc finance tasks, and help manage relationships with external service providers</li></ul>

<ul><li>A completed bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration or a related field.</li><li>2–3 years of professional experience including internships in auditing or advisory, consulting, or investment banking or similar is preferred</li><li>A hardworking and flexible mindset; you are comfortable working under tight deadlines, navigating ambiguity, and building processes from scratch</li><li>Excellent English communication skills; professional fluency in German is a plus</li><li>Solid understanding of financial statements and financial modelling (strong Excel skills are essential)</li><li>Collaborative, service-oriented approach to teamwork i.e., high standards, low ego</li><li>High priority on responsibility, absolute confidentiality, a very structured way of working, as well as dedication and reliability</li></ul> <br>This is a defining opportunity for a budding finance professional seeking ownership and real impact early in their career, and a front-row seat to one of Europe's most exciting defense scale-ups.
