You will participate, on a daily basis, in network monitoring activities and intervention management.</p><h4><strong>🦸‍♀️🦸‍♂️ Your Responsibilities:</strong></h4><ul><li><p><strong>Monitor</strong> the operation of charging points and stations.</p></li><li><p><strong>Diagnose</strong> breakdowns and errors using our monitoring tools.</p></li><li><p><strong>Trigger</strong> corrective maintenance interventions.</p></li><li><p><strong>Provide direct phone support</strong> to maintenance technicians in managing their interventions and validate the proper recommissioning of equipment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Ensure</strong> proper follow-up of schedules and compliance with maintenance partner intervention deadlines.</p></li><li><p><strong>Participate</strong> in the improvement of maintenance tools and processes.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Objectives and expected results:</strong> Support the monitoring and proper functioning of all technical installations on the Electra network and quickly implement corrective actions in the event of a breakdown or malfunction.</p><h4>😎 <strong>Profile sought</strong></h4><ul><li><p>From a technical background (Bac+2/+3 or engineering school), with a specialisation in <strong>electrotechnics</strong>, <strong>electrical systems</strong>, or <strong>industrial maintenance</strong>.</p></li><li><p>You are looking for a <strong>6-month internship.</strong></p></li><li><p>Aware of the challenges of <strong>energy transition</strong> and motivated by <strong>electric mobility</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Strong interest in complex technical systems and <strong>desire to understand how electric vehicle charging equipment works</strong>.</p></li><li><p>Comfortable with <strong>diagnostic tools</strong> or eager to learn how to use monitoring interfaces.</p></li><li><p>Structured, rigorous and proactive when faced with technical anomalies and unexpected field situations.</p></li><li><p>You are fluent in French and English; Dutch is a big plus!</p></li></ul><h4><strong>⚡️ What Electra Offers You</strong></h4><ul><li><p>A key role in a hyper-growth company and in a young, friendly team motivated by the energy transition.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities to grow across engineering, operations, and strategy</p></li><li><p>A collaborative and mission-driven environment</p></li><li><p>Real impact on the energy transition and the future of mobility</p></li><li><p>MacBook and professional phone</p></li></ul><p>Even if your profile doesn't match 100% of every criterion, we encourage you to apply.
