The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of <strong>UK law</strong> and <strong>Pakistan law</strong>, and will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and implementing various legal documents, ensuring full compliance across departments.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Handle and resolve customer-related legal matters as per UK law.</li><li>Review, apply, and implement Employment Laws applicable in both UK and Pakistan.</li><li>Manage and advise on all legal matters concerning the company, including contracts, policies, disputes, and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Provide legal support to Customer Care and HR departments, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.</li><li>Stay updated on relevant legislation and advise management on potential risks or required policy updates.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law (LLB/LLM).</li><li>Strong knowledge of UK law and Pakistan law (must).</li><li>Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate legal advisory roles.</li><li>Experience handling employment law, contract law, and customer-related legal matters.</li><li>Excellent communication and drafting skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.</li></ul><p>If you are a dynamic, growth-oriented professional with a passion for building client relationships and driving business success, we invite you to be part of our expanding global team.</p><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
