AI & Technology Trainer

<h3>This is a remote position.</h3><div><b><b><b><b>AI &amp; Technology Trainer</b></b></b></b><p>We are seeking an <b>AI &amp; Technology Trainer</b> to deliver hands-on training and enablement for AI-driven applications, data platforms, and business tools. This role will work directly with <b>clients and internal stakeholders</b> to ensure successful adoption of solutions built across <b>AWS, Azure, Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM</b>.</p><p>This is a <b>client-facing role</b> requiring strong communication skills, technical understanding, and the ability to translate complex concepts into practical, user-friendly training.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities</b><ul><li>Deliver <b>live training sessions (virtual and onsite)</b> for clients and internal users on AI-driven tools and platforms</li><li>Develop and maintain <b>training materials</b>, including user guides, presentations, and recorded sessions</li><li>Translate technical functionality into <b>clear, business-friendly instruction</b></li><li>Partner with product, engineering, and data teams to stay current on <b>new features and capabilities</b></li><li>Support <b>client onboarding and adoption</b> of new systems and workflows</li><li>Provide <b>post-training support</b>, answering user questions and reinforcing learning</li><li>Customize training content based on <b>client use cases and business needs</b></li><li>Assist in building <b>training programs and enablement strategies</b> for AI solutions</li><li>Gather feedback to continuously improve <b>training effectiveness and user adoption</b></li><li>Support rollout of tools such as <b>Tableau, Power BI, and DealCloud CRM</b></li></ul><br></h3><h3>Requirements</h3><h3><b>Required Qualifications</b><ul><li>3–6 years of experience in <b>technical training, software training, or client enablement roles</b></li><li>Experience delivering <b>client-facing training sessions or workshops</b></li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to <b>simplify complex technical concepts</b></li><li>Experience working with <b>data tools or business applications</b> (Tableau, Power BI, CRM systems, etc.)</li><li>Ability to manage multiple training sessions and stakeholders simultaneously</li><li>Comfortable presenting to <b>groups and executives</b></li></ul></h3><h3><b>Key Traits for Success</b><ul><li>Strong presenter with confidence in <b>client-facing environments</b></li><li>Ability to bridge <b>technical concepts and business users</b></li><li>Adaptable and able to tailor training to different audiences</li><li>Organized and able to manage multiple engagements</li><li>Passion for helping users successfully adopt new technology</li></ul><br></h3></div><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
