Job Title Strategy & BD Manager Job Description Job Title Strategy & BD Manager Your role Support the development of short-term and long-term strategies, including strategies for specific businesses and the China region, to drive growth and profitability. Monitor the execution and impact of strategic initiatives; identify potential risks and opportunities, and formulate actionable recommendations. Conduct high-quality industry and market research, as well as competitor analysis, to generate meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making. Apply advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques to conduct root cause analyses of business challenges; drive specific project workstreams or projects to develop innovative and feasible solutions. Cultivate effective relationships with business and functional teams, while being an excellent team player within the strategy team. Assist in creating presentations for senior leadership, ensuring clear communication of complex ideas, valuable insights, and strategic recommendations that drive effective strategic dialogue. Your’re the right fit if: At least 3 to 5 years of recent experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm (e.g., Bain, BCG, McKinsey, etc.), or in a business development or strategy function with a top-tier international company. Master's degree in Business, Science, or Engineering from a top university with excellent academic track record; an MBA is preferred. Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, along with logical thinking ability. Fluency in written and spoken English. Experience in consumer goods industry l is preferred.
