Transformation Lead Description - Unique mastery and recognized authority on relevant subject matter knowledge including technologies, theories and techniques. Contributes to the development of innovative principles and ideas. Successfully operates in HP's most complex disciplines. Provides highly innovative solutions. Leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives. May participate in cross-division, multi-function teams. Routinely exercises independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives. Develops strategy and sets functional policy and direction. Acts as a functional manager within area of expertise but does not manage other employees as a primary job function Responsibilities Process Mapping and optimization to elevate customer experience and HP’s efficiency Explore opportunities for digital transformation and process optimization Ensures proper key performance indicators are set, measured, and regularly reports on status against program objectives. Contributes innovative ideas and may lead large cross-functional teams, exercising independent judgment to solve unique and complex problems impacting the business. Provides mentorship and guidance to lower-level employees, thus ensuring the realization of operational and strategic plans. Education and Experience Required Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 15+ years of work experience, preferably in Project management, Technical support, Customer Support, Process engineering Preferred Certifications Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Prince 2 Practitioner Knowledge & Skills Agile Methodology Business Operations Change Management Process Improvement Project Management Project Management Institute (PMI) Methodology Project Planning Project Scoping Risk Management Risk Mitigation Cross-Org Skills Effective Communication Results Orientation Learning Agility Digital Fluency Customer Centricity Impact & Scope Impacts large functions and leads large, cross-division functional teams or projects.
