As the RPA Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and deployment of robotic process automation solutions to streamline business operations. You will lead a team of RPA developers, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process automation requirements, and implement effective automation solutions to drive efficiency, productivity, and cost savings across the organization.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Lead the RPA team in the development, testing, and deployment of RPA solutions using platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.</li><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities and ensure the design and implementation of RPA solutions align with business goals.</li><li>Design, develop, and maintain RPA bots to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and compliant with best practices.</li><li>Mentor and provide technical leadership to RPA developers and analysts, ensuring they follow coding standards, development methodologies, and best practices.</li><li>Oversee the management of RPA projects, including planning, resource allocation, risk management, and tracking project milestones.</li><li>Perform process assessments to analyze business requirements and identify processes suitable for automation.</li><li>Conduct regular reviews and performance tuning of implemented bots to ensure optimal performance.</li><li>Collaborate with IT, business analysts, and other technical teams to ensure integration and seamless functionality across systems.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve RPA bot issues and performance-related problems to maintain business continuity.</li><li>Prepare and deliver presentations, reports, and documentation on RPA projects to senior management and stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Skills:</h3><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum of 8+ years of experience in RPA development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools such as <strong>UiPath</strong>, <strong>Automation Anywhere</strong>, <strong>Blue Prism</strong>, or similar.</li><li>Expertise in process automation, workflow design, and business process management.</li><li>Strong programming skills in <strong>VB.NET</strong>, <strong>C#</strong>, <strong>JavaScript</strong>, or similar languages.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Agile</strong> or <strong>Scrum</strong> project management methodologies.</li><li>Proven ability to lead a team, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into automation workflows.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications:</h3><ul><li>RPA certification (UiPath Certified RPA Developer, Blue Prism Professional Developer, etc.).</li><li>Experience with integrating RPA bots with AI, machine learning, or cognitive automation tools.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>cloud platforms</strong> (AWS, Azure, etc.) and <strong>database management</strong> (SQL, Oracle).</li><li>Familiarity with <strong>DevOps practices</strong> and CI/CD pipelines for RPA bots.<br></li></ul><h3>What will you do?</h3><div><ul><li>List out the Instructions<br><br></li></ul><h3>What are we looking for?</h3><div><ul><li>List out the Instructions</li></ul></div></div><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
