Acting as his closest ally, you will support the company's growth as a co-pilot and keep his back free wherever you can. You will gain a deep understanding of managing a high-growth start-up like VÆRIDION and play an active role in shaping the company's success.</span>

Handle action items and become the main point of contact for these stakeholders.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Manage company affairs such as real estate, insurances, and mobility to ensure the management team can focus on core activities.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Represent VÆRIDION on the European stage as needed, advocating for electric flight and collaborating with industry partners towards zero-emission aviation.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Lead and coordinate special projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.</li><li style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;">Oversee the smooth operation of daily business activities.</li></ul>
