As Medior Visual Designer, you'll shape visual identities, systems, and assets that look great and work well for the B2B mid-market: practical, scalable, and purposeful. You'll work across a mix of topics: brand, web, decks, campaigns, and anything that benefits from strong visual thinking. You enjoy switching between different types of work and bringing a fresh perspective each time. You like collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, spotting where design can elevate an idea, and turning complex topics into simple, well-crafted visuals. Ultimately, your mission is to create design that inspires people and helps teams move forward. Turn ideas into clear visuals, whether it's a presentation, a marketing campaign, or anything digital.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Creativity. Explore trends, new design movements, and bring fresh inspiration into your work and the team.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Innovation. Experiment with new tools, such as AI, to improve how you and the team work, while increasing efficiency and scalable output.</li><li style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size:14px;">Full-funnel performance thinking. You think beyond individual assets and design with the full journey in mind, creating work that supports awareness, consideration, and conversion.
