We are now entering a critical acceleration phase marked by international expansion in the <strong>US</strong> and strategic <strong>External Growth (M&A)</strong>.</p><p>We are hiring our <strong>Chief Financial Officer (CFO)</strong>! We are looking for an experienced leader to <strong>own the financial function</strong>, drive our US growth, and structure the company for scale and acquisitions. You will take over the financial responsibilities from the COO, bringing high-level expertise and industrializing Finance to support our next phase as a true scale-up.</p><h4>π€ Reporting Structure</h4><p>You will be a core member of the Executive Committee (Codir/Comex), acting as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors.<br></p><h3>π₯ Missions: The Strategic Leap</h3><p>In addition to traditional economic steering and financial reliability, your mission will heavily focus on transformation and growth:</p><ul><li><p><strong>β‘ Step-Up & Industrialization of the Finance Function:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Take complete ownership and leadership of the Finance function.</p></li><li><p>Move from a managed function to an autonomous, strategic, and mature department.</p></li><li><p>Optimize, automate, and secure all financial processes, tools, and flows to support rapid growth and the rigorous demands of the US market (internal control, compliance, etc.).<br></p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>Reporting & Financial Steering:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead and improve financial reporting for internal stakeholders (Comex, Codir) and, critically, for investors.</p></li><li><p>Take charge of and pilot the budgeting process, financial planning, and business plan revisions.</p></li><li><p>Performance analysis: Identify key levers, model variances, and drive remediation actions.</p></li></ul></li></ul><h3>π₯ Accountabilities: Your Growth Pillars</h3><p>Your success will be measured by your ability to drive growth through these key areas:</p><ul><li><p><strong>π Leading International Growth (US Focus):</strong></p><ul><li><p>Define and oversee the financial and tax structure in the United States (subsidiary, integration, local regulations).</p></li><li><p>Ensure compliance and financial reporting, taking into account US standards (<strong>US GAAP</strong>).</p></li><li><p>Be the guarantor of key SaaS and MedTech financial indicators (remote monitoring) in the context of US expansion.<br></p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>π€ M&A (External Growth):</strong></p><ul><li><p>Pilot all phases of acquisition: financial identification of targets, valuation, comprehensive <em>due diligence</em> (financial, tax, legal).</p></li><li><p>Lead risk analysis and financial modeling for post-acquisition integration.</p></li><li><p>Work closely with the CEO and investors on the financial structuring of deals.<br></p></li></ul></li><li><p><strong>π Investor Relations:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Prepare for future fundraising rounds and manage relationships with investment funds (French and international), integrating the complexity of a multi-entity structure.</p></li><li><p>Optimize the <em>Cap Table</em> and manage shareholder relations, especially in the context of acquisitions.</p></li></ul></li></ul><h3>π§βπ» Team & Leadership</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Management:</strong> Lead, mentor, and structure the existing Finance team (3 people), ensuring their upskilling and professional development.</p></li></ul><h3>π₯ Experience & Profile: Your CFO DNA</h3><ul><li><p><strong>Confirmed Financial Leadership:</strong> You have significant experience, ideally as a CFO coming from a <strong>Scale-up</strong> with successful <strong>Series B/C fundraising</strong>, or a solid background in <strong>Investment Banking</strong>, or as a Manager/Director in <strong>Audit/Transaction Services (TS)</strong> within a top firm, with substantial experience serving high-growth tech companies.</p></li><li><p><strong>M&A Expertise is Non-Negotiable:</strong> Proven track record of piloting and successfully integrating acquisitions.</p></li><li><p><strong>US GAAP Mastery:</strong> Solid knowledge and practical experience with US accounting standards and the US financial environment.</p></li><li><p><strong>Strategic Visionary:</strong> You possess strong business acumen, moving beyond mere accounting to provide strategic financial direction that drives company growth and profitability.</p></li><li><p><strong>Language:</strong> Fluent in English (professional working proficiency is essential).</p></li></ul><h2>Recruitment Process</h2><ul><li><p>1st Contact with Astrid (Talent Acquisition Manager) - 45min</p></li><li><p>Interview with Lucie (COO) - 60min</p></li><li><p>Technical Interview with our CoS and our COO - 1h30 (on site)</p></li><li><p>Meeting with a Board Member</p></li><li><p>meeting with the Team - 60min</p></li><li><p>Interview with Arnaud (CEO) - 60min</p></li><li><p>Reference Check & Offer!
