<ul><li>Take part in end-to-end investment processes – from sourcing to closing.</li><li>Develop and support portfolio companies, including follow-on financing.</li><li>Build your own deal flow network and scout the next breakout founders.</li><li>Contribute to fund strategy, research, and internal innovation.</li></ul>

<ul><li>A technical university degree (STEM, engineering, computer science, etc.).</li><li>1–4 years of relevant experience in venture capital, startups, or top-tier consulting.</li><li>Strong analytical and first-principles thinking skills.</li><li>A growth mindset and high intellectual curiosity.</li><li>A team player who is empathetic, communicative, and self-driven.</li><li>A genuine passion for technology, innovation, and the startup world.</li></ul>
