We are now looking for a skilled and ambitious Senior&nbsp;Hardware Engineer to help us develop out pioneering portfolio of video devices further.</p><p>Based at our global headquarters in Oslo, you will join Neat's main R&amp;D hub of over 70 experienced engineers and designers.&nbsp;Do you want to join us building high quality hardware enabling teams to collaborate even when they are geographically dispersed?</p>

<p><em>Among your competence and&nbsp;experiences are</em><br></p><ul> <li>Interest and knowledge of embedded software and hardware based on advanced&nbsp;SoC systems</li> <li>Interest in practical testing, troubleshooting and quality assurance of electronics</li> <li>Knowledge of&nbsp;various data, audio, video and camera interfaces</li> <li>Experience with schematic and layout design /&nbsp;reviewing</li> <li>Specifications, design and testing of&nbsp;<ul> <li>Optical cameras, lenses and image sensors</li> <li>Environmental sensors</li> <li>Touch display modules</li> <li>Speaker modules, amplifiers and microphones</li> </ul> </li> </ul><p dir="ltr"><em>Primary responsibilities of the senior Hardware Engineer</em></p><ul> <li>Lead the hardware development together with the engineers from our Asian partners from early concept stages until product launch</li> <li>Create and review specifications</li> <li>Schematic and layout design and reviewing</li> <li>Work closely with disciplines like mechanics, compliance, acoustics, industrial design, software, project manager, quality and supply chain</li> <li>Testing and debugging of embedded hardware</li> <li>Travel required, flexible working offered in return</li> </ul><p><em>Qualities we are looking for</em></p><ul> <li>Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent years of experience</li> <li>5+ years experience in schematic and layout design / reviewing</li> <li>Eager to learn new things and technologies</li> <li>Driven to build high quality, engaging experiences in a highly competitive environment</li> <li>Passion - we love what we do, you should too</li> <li>Knowledge of the video conferencing industry is a plus</li> </ul><p>Interested?
