Remote Java Developer (Middle & Senior)
<h3>Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Designing, building and maintaining Java-based applications & websites</li><li>Contributing and taking part software and architectural development activities</li><li>Developing well-designed, efficient, and testable code</li><li>Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging</li><li>Troubleshooting and resolving the reported issues and replying to queries in a timely manner</li><li>Preparing and producing releases of software components</li><li>Producing detailed design documentation</li><li>Improve the code quality by implementing best practices</li><li>Recommending changes to improve established java application processes</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with Java programming</li><li>Highly efficient in Java & proficiency in object-oriented programming (OOP)</li><li>Knowledge of various design and patterns in Java and reusable Java libraries</li><li>Familiar with concepts like MVC, JDBC, JSP, SOAP and RESTful</li><li>Java UI concepts like applets and frameworks like Swing, SWT & AWT</li><li>Knowledge of testing tools like JUnit, TestNG, Spock, Mockito, etc</li><li>Experience of working with both external and embedded databases</li><li>Excellent soft skills like communication, problem-solving and customer service</li></ul><p><b>Location: Remote</b></p><p><strong></strong></p><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
