Software Engineer II AI-Native, Backend Devices Cloud

<h3>Role Overview</h3><p>As a Backend Engineer II on the Devices Cloud team, you will build and improve the cloud services that power <a href="https://himalayas.app/companies/life360">Life360</a>'s connected hardware. You will work with growing independence, contribute to technical designs, and deliver reliable, well-tested code. You will collaborate with firmware, mobile, platform, and data teams, and continue to deepen your technical skills.</p><h3>What You Will Do</h3><p>Build and maintain components and features of Devices Cloud services, own well-defined features and smaller designs, use AI-native engineering practices, work with firmware, mobile, product, and platform teams, contribute to cross-team efforts, and thoroughly test your own code.</p><h3>Why It Might Be a Fit</h3><p>We are looking for engineers who want to help define what AI-native backend development looks like for complex, hardware-connected systems.
