Freight Broker Agent – 1099

<h3>This is a remote position.</h3><p>We are seeking experienced <b>Freight Broker Agents</b> to join our growing brokerage. This is a <b>1099 independent contractor, commission-only role</b> designed for brokers who already have an <b>established book of business</b> and are ready to scale using modern technology and AI-enabled workflows.</p><p>As a Freight Broker Agent, you will be responsible for <b>bringing your existing shipper relationships</b>, managing freight from quote to delivery, and growing revenue using industry-leading platforms including <b>AscendTMS, DAT, Truckstop, HubSpot, and the Microsoft ecosystem</b>.</p><p>You will operate independently while receiving systems, automation, and operational support to maximize efficiency and earnings.
