Country Support</strong></h5><ul><li><p><strong>Partner ecosystem &amp; contract optimization</strong> : support country teams in building and structuring their partner ecosystem (maintenance providers, suppliers); assist on tenders, contract design, cost analysis, and renegotiations in collaboration with Procurement team; provide benchmarks, pricing reference and operational expertise to standardize practices across markets and ensure cost-competitive agreements.</p></li><li><p><strong>Field &amp; operational support</strong>: provide remote and on-site support for complex situations; conduct operational audits to assess quality and compliance with standards</p></li><li><p><strong>Subject matter expertise &amp; advisory</strong>: act as the primary operational reference for country teams on maintenance practices and standards</p></li></ul><h5><strong>2. Data Analysis &amp; OPEX Excellence</strong></h5><ul><li><p><strong>Operational Data analysis:</strong> leverage operational data to analyze maintenance and country cost structures, build benchmarks, track performance KPIs, conduct ad-hoc analyses to support decision-making (field diagnostics, campaign effectiveness, cost benchmarking)</p></li><li><p><strong>Cost structure analysis and optimization levers:</strong> analyze maintenance and country cost structures; build cost models and benchmarking frameworks to provide clear visibility on optimization opportunities; contribute to make-or-buy analyses and service model decisions by translating data into actionable recommendations for management</p></li></ul><h5><strong>3. Spare parts &amp; supply management</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Contribute to the spare parts strategy (sourcing approach, stocking policies, supplier qualification) in collaboration with the supply team</p></li><li><p>Support cost benchmarking and renegotiation efforts on spare parts to ensure competitive pricing</p></li><li><p>Improve tracking and replenishment processes to reduce downtime and inventory costs</p></li></ul><h5><strong>4. Knowledge Management &amp; Enablement</strong></h5><ul><li><p>Build and maintain operational frameworks, process documentation and templates; ensure documentation is up to date, accessible, and directly usable in the fieldDesign and deliver training sessions, workshops, and translate HQ standards into practical field guidance</p></li><li><p>Drive cross-country best practice sharing and consistent adoption of methods and processes across all markets</p></li></ul><h5><strong>5.
