Origination Intern (m/w/d) | Starting from June 1, 2026

Join our newly established origination team and gain valuable hands-on experience in deal sourcing, market research, and company outreach within the private and growth equity space. As a full-time intern with our team, you'll have the unique opportunity to help shape our processes from the ground up while building foundational skills in investment origination.<br>This role offers the rare opportunity to simultaneously gain exposure across multiple investment strategies while contributing to building an origination function from scratch, providing insights into diverse industries and markets across our focus sectors.

<ul><li>Research and identification of potential target companies across our investment focus areas</li><li>Create and maintain comprehensive company databases that serve as the foundation for our investment pipeline and enable systematic outreach efforts</li><li>Develop and execute tailored outreach strategies to potential investment targets</li><li>Contribute to market mapping exercises and industry trend analysis</li><li>Drive strategic initiatives and continuous process improvements together with the origination team</li></ul>

<ul><li>Currently pursuing a Master's (preferred) or end of Bachelor's degree, preferably in business, economics, or related field</li><li>Previous internship experience in consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or strategy within startup preferred</li><li>Structured and independent working style, with excellent communication skills and understanding of target audiences</li><li>Strong interest in economic topics and keen eye for identifying relevant (market) information</li><li>Reliability and willingness to work regularly on-site at our Munich office</li><li>Fluency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential</li><li>Valid work permit for Germany is mandatory</li><li>Available for a 3, preferably 6 month full-time internship commitment</li></ul>
