helping identify other opportunities to add value to

their

client .

In addition, you will be joining a fast-growing local team and will have a role in further developing and building the loca l team.

R esponsibilities

include:

D irectly

identifying

and pursuing Managed Services opportunities within your sector, including designing managed service solutions

leveraging

assets across or global network and 3rd party ecosystem U sing your

expertise

and experience to support other sector account teams to drive their business development activities around Managed Services

W orking with service architects across the ecosystem to develop tailored services and proposals for local opportunities

W orking with the local Managed Services leadership to further develop and grow the MS business across all sectors

B uilding the local PwC internal knowledge and understanding of Managed Services;

D eveloping collateral and insights to support managed service propositions;

K eeping up to date on latest trends in Managed Services (e.g. application of AI) and any developments within our network and ecosystem to enhance our managed service solutions and proposals

C oaching and mentoring of consultant colleagues looking to extend their client portfolios into Managed Services

Involvement in contracting with our clients and our delivery network and 3rd parties.

Developing

our team with

coaching and mentorship

to further enhance and build our local

managed services

capabilities ;

Working with the local Managed services leadership to further activate, dev e lop and grow the managed services market for

Irish

clients ;

Experiences and skills

T rack record  in  id entifying  a nd winning Managed Services opportunities and then supporting engagement delivery

E xperience in, and understanding of, Managed Services delivery models and contractual and commercial constructs

E xperience in working with inter-territory delivery ecosystem in developing tailored solutions / services and proposals for clients.

E xperience in advisory and implementation projects and how they both have a mutually re-enforcing relationship with the building of a Managed Services business

A n interest in trends in the broader Managed Services market and howe PwC can capitalise on those within the given sector

A n experienced people leader, with a background of inspiring and developing high-performing teams

A

collaborative and pro-active team member with demonstrable experience of nurturing, guiding and mentoring teams involved in Managed Services

E ffective communication, both verbal and written

Strong negotiation and contracting skills with proven experience.

An experienced people leader, with a background of inspiring and developing high performance teams across multiple locations and cultures;

A collaborative and pro-active team member with demonstrable experience of nurturing, guiding and mentoring teams involved in managed services .

Experience driving sales and operational excellence and high-quality standards across managed services teams and processes;
