<p><strong>🧠 The role: Build the Commercial Engine of our Rocket Ship.</strong></p><p>You'll be Arqh's first business hire - the builder of our commercial engine and go-to-market motion. In Business Development & GTM you will own and drive our commercial growth. Working along-side the CEO, this high ownership role bridges product and sales, ensuring alignment and execution across the funnel.</p><p></p><p><strong>🔍 What you'll do:</strong><strong><br></strong></p><ul> <li>Architect the Strategy : Work with the founders to evaluate markets opportunities, segments, partnerships and channels.</li> <li>Forge Partnerships: Identify, negotiate and build strong, lasting customer relationships.</li> <li>Drive Revenue Growth: Take full ownership of the sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, exceeding revenue targets.</li> <li>Drive market intelligence. Monitor competitors, industry trends, customer feedback; adjust strategy accordingly.</li> <li>Build Our Brand: Represent Arqh at industry conferences and networking events, establishing yourself and Arqh as thought leaders.</li> </ul><p><strong>In short, you'll own GTM end-to-end.</strong></p><p><strong><br></strong></p><p><strong>🤝 This role is for you if<br></strong></p><ul> <li>You have 3-7 years high-pace GTM experience: You've been in the trenches of a startup, consultancy, or another fast-paced environment; and can own outcomes.</li> <li>You think strategically and execute hand-on: You can design GTM strategies and roll up your sleeves to relentlessly make them real.</li> <li>Communicator & closer: crisp writing, clear stakeholder updates, professional customer handling.
