We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) to convert intent and engagement into qualified opportunities. Reporting to the Sr. Demand Generation Manager, you will have a high-impact role in driving pipeline and revenue growth </span>mainly in the Benelux region<span>.</span></p><p></p><h4><span><strong>Here's what you can expect:</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>A global, early-stage scale-up environment with high growth ambitions</span></p></li><li><p><span>A human-centric company culture</span></p></li><li><p><span>Hybrid/remote work environment in the Netherlands, Sweden, or Finland</span></p></li><li><p><span>Annual on target compensation of 65-75 k € with 60/40 split in base and variable</span></p></li><li><p><span>50+ purpose-driven Howspacians working with you to unlock impact through collaborative learning!</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><span><strong>What will this role have ownership of?</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Identifying and engaging potential customers within target ICP segments</span></p></li><li><p><span>Conducting personalized outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone calls</span></p></li><li><p><span>Creating tailored messaging rooted in Howspace's positioning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Translating buyer interest into qualified sales opportunities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Partnering with AEs to ensure smooth handovers and join discovery calls</span></p></li><li><p><span>Documenting all prospect interactions and insights accurately in HubSpot</span></p></li><li><p><span>Refining outreach tactics and contributing to outbound experiments</span></p></li></ul><h4>What does the role require from you?</h4><div><div><ul><li><p><span>Proven ability to prospect and engage decision-makers via multiple channels</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in B2B SaaS outbound lead generation focused in the Benelux region</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency with CRM and automation tools like HubSpot and Sales Navigator</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exceptional storytelling and communication skills to spark meaningful conversations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Curiosity and a go-getter mentality to identify organizational needs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Resilience and a collaborative spirit to work across Marketing and Sales</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience in L&amp;D or HR tech space is a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Typically requires 2-4 years of experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS BDR or SDR role</span></p></li><li><p><span>Fluent in English; additional languages such as Dutch are an advantage</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><span><strong>We would love to hear from you!</strong></span></h4><p><span>We encourage you to send in your application as soon as possible, as we will go through the applications on an ongoing basis.
