You will own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract execution.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Targeted Client Acquisition:</strong> Identify, qualify, and secure new business from global and regional Colocation Service Providers requiring strategic wholesale capacity or expansion sites. Identify and win contracts with NCPs, providing the high-density power and specialized infrastructure required for their GPU-accelerated workloads</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Strategic Relationship Management:</strong> Develop and maintain C-suite and senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the data center ecosystem.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Revenue Accountability:</strong> Take full ownership of specific sales KPIs and annual revenue targets.
