<p><strong>Responsabilitati:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Identificarea si prospectarea activa a companiilor target din Brasov si Sibiu;</p></li><li><p>Generarea de lead-uri noi prin networking, LinkedIn, prospectare directa;</p></li><li><p>Identificarea si abordarea factorilor de decizie (C-level, HR Directors, Office Managers etc.);</p></li><li><p>Gestionarea intregului proces de vanzare, de la primul contact pana la semnarea contractului;</p></li><li><p>Construirea unor relatii comerciale pe termen lung cu clientii;</p></li><li><p>Intelegerea nevoilor clientilor si propunerea unor solutii personalizate;</p></li><li><p>Actualizarea permanenta a activitatii comerciale in CRM.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Cerinte:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Minimum 3 ani experienta intr-un rol de Business Development / B2B Sales;</p></li><li><p>Studii superioare finalizate;</p></li><li><p>Abilitati foarte bune de comunicare, negociere si relationare;</p></li><li><p>Experienta in vanzare consultativa si cicluri de vanzare medii/lungi;</p></li><li><p>Experienta in interactiunea cu decidenti de nivel middle &amp; top management reprezinta;</p></li><li><p>Experienta in industrii precum servicii B2B, office solutions, facilities constituie un plus;</p></li><li><p>Permis categoria B.</p></li></ul>
