Who are looking to recruit a <strong>Business Development Manager </strong>for the<strong> EU region.</strong><br></p><p></p><p>Position: <strong>Business Development Manager.</strong></p><p>Location: Remote/hybrid</p><p>Employment type: Full-time or Contractor</p><p>Remuneration: Base salary + commission</p><p></p><p><strong>About the role.</strong><br>We are looking for a driven Business Development professional to expand our footprint across European markets. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role suited to a commercially minded individual with a strong industry network and a proven ability to acquire and grow strategic partnerships.<br><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Drive expansion across European markets by identifying and securing new business opportunities</p></li><li><p>Acquire and onboard new clients, IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners</p></li><li><p>Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to onboarding and activation</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximise revenue growth</p></li><li><p>Represent the company at industry events, expos, and networking opportunities</p></li><li><p>Monitor market trends and competitor activity across the EU region</p></li><li><p>Collaborate closely with internal teams including retention, dealing, and marketing</p></li><li><p>Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets</p></li><li><p>Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fluent/ native in <strong>English</strong> (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication.
