We are seeking a high-energy, strategic, and tech-savvy Enterprise <strong>Business Development Representative (BDR)</strong> to join our rapidly growing, AI-driven software company based in Germany. In this role, you will partner directly with a Regional Strategic Account Executive (AE) to disrupt the German enterprise markets.<br> <br>You will act as the engine of the sales pipeline, educating corporate executives on how our cutting-edge artificial intelligence platforms solve complex operational inefficiencies. Your focus will be equally split between hunting/supporting net-new enterprise logos and driving AI adoption within our existing, high-value client base. Your contribution has a direct impact on closing multi-million-dollar deals<br><br><strong>Core Responsibilities</strong><br><strong>????️</strong><strong> Strategic Territory Alignment & Planning</strong><br><ul><li><strong>AE Partnership:</strong> Collaborate daily with your Regional Strategic Account Executive to map the territory, rank target accounts, and build execution plans.</li><li><strong>Account Mapping:</strong> Research large enterprise organizations to identify key subsidiaries, business units, and legacy system pain points ripe for AI automation.</li><li><strong>Buying Committee Identification:</strong> Find and map key decision-makers across the C-suite, IT, Innovation/AI Leads, Procurement, and specialized business units.</li></ul><strong>????</strong><strong> Net-New Enterprise Acquisition (50% Focus)</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Multi-Channel Outreach:</strong> Execute highly personalized prospecting campaigns via phone, tailored email, LinkedIn, and video touchpoints with the support of our marketing team.</li><li><strong>AI Value Proposition Delivery:</strong> Craft and pitch compelling, industry-specific value propositions that demystify AI technology and prove immediate ROI to corporate executives.</li><li><strong>Discovery & Qualification:</strong> Conduct deep initial discovery calls to qualify enterprise needs, digital maturity, budget timelines, and decision criteria.</li></ul><strong>????</strong><strong> Account Expansion: Cross-Sell & Up-Sell (50% Focus)</strong><br><ul><li><strong>Existing Base Analysis:</strong> Review current customer accounts alongside your AE to find gaps where other AI modules, processing capacities, or user seats add value.</li><li><strong>Relationship Building:</strong> Prospect into new, unmapped departments within existing customer companies to expand our operational footprint.</li><li><strong>Internal Growth Campaigns:</strong> Run targeted campaigns to introduce existing users to advanced AI product features, premium upgrades, or next-generation capabilities.</li></ul><strong>⚙️</strong><strong> Data, Pipeline, & Process Management</strong><br><ul><li><strong>CRM Hygiene:</strong> Track, log, and maintain meticulous records of all activities, account structures, and intelligence in Salesforce.</li><li><strong>Meeting Hand-off:</strong> Coordinate smooth transitions of qualified opportunities to your AE, providing detailed briefs on executive pain points and AI readiness.</li></ul><strong>Feedback Loops:</strong> Share market feedback, common objections regarding AI integration, and competitive intelligence with Marketing and Product teams
