<p><span><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Drive business development and sales growth for <strong>Utility-Scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and PV (Solar Inverter)</strong> in Sweden, identifying opportunities with IPPs, utilities, developers, EPCs, investors, and large energy users.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with customer needs and Huawei's growth strategy in the Swedish energy storage market.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Build and strengthen long-term relationships with key customers, partners, consultants, TSOs/DSOs, and industry stakeholders in Sweden.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Identify, qualify, and win major utility-scale BESS projects from early-stage pipeline to contract closure.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Take the commercial lead in projects: understand customer business cases, market drivers, and technical requirements, and position Huawei's value proposition effectively.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Work closely with Huawei's solution, engineering, legal, and delivery teams to provide competitive and bankable solutions.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Lead tender processes including RFI/RFP review, bid strategy, commercial negotiation, proposal preparation, and contract discussions.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Monitor market trends, regulations, grid code developments, and competitor activities within the Swedish BESS and renewable energy sectors.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Represent Huawei at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to strengthen Huawei's market position and brand visibility.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Support cross-selling opportunities within renewable energy, including PV, EV charging, and digital power solutions where relevant.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><span><strong>Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong understanding of the <strong>utility-scale BESS and PV market</strong>, including project development cycle, grid services, ancillary markets, EPC models, and commercial structures.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Good knowledge of the Swedish renewable energy market, regulations, and grid environment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience in complex solution sales, tender management, and strategic account development.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate contracts and manage senior customer relationships.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Good understanding of energy storage system architecture, PCS, EMS, battery technologies, and grid integration principles.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ability to work independently, drive opportunities proactively, and manage multiple projects in parallel.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Well connected with key market players in the Swedish energy sector is a strong advantage.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a leading company within energy, renewables, storage, or infrastructure sectors.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, Mechanical Engineering, Business, or equivalent.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international, and dynamic environment.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong analytical skills with the ability to compare competitor solutions and translate market needs into winning strategies.</span></p></li></ul><p><span>Willingness to travel frequently within Sweden and occasionally in Europe.</span></p><p></p><p><span><strong>Languages:</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Excellent command of <strong>English</strong>, written and spoken.</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Fluent <strong>Swedish</strong> is required.</span></p></li></ul><p><span><strong>What We Offer:</strong></span></p><p><span>We offer an exciting professional career in one of the world's leading and fastest-growing technology companies.
