<h3>We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Asset Business Development Executive to drive business growth, partnerships, and client acquisition within the digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and fintech ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have a strong network, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales and business development.</h3><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities within the digital assets and blockchain industry.</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, exchanges, fintech companies, investors, and strategic partners.</li><li>Drive revenue growth through client acquisition, partnership development, and market expansion initiatives.</li><li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.</li><li>Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations.</li><li>Collaborate with product, compliance, operations, and leadership teams to support business objectives.</li><li>Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.</li><li>Maintain a strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technologies, digital asset custody, tokenization, and regulatory developments.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Technology, Marketing, or a related discipline.</li><li>3–8 years of experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or account management.</li><li>Prior experience in digital assets, cryptocurrency, blockchain, fintech, financial services, or capital markets is highly preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of crypto exchanges, wallets, tokenization, DeFi, Web3, and digital asset infrastructure.</li><li>Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and build strategic partnerships.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.</li><li>Existing industry network within the digital asset ecosystem is an advantage.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Experience</h3><ul><li>Experience working with crypto exchanges, digital asset platforms, blockchain projects, fintech companies, or institutional investors.</li><li>Familiarity with global regulatory frameworks related to digital assets.</li><li>Experience in enterprise sales, partnership management, or fundraising support.</li></ul><h3>Location</h3><ul><li>Remote within US (Travel required as needed for client meetings, conferences, and business development activities).</li></ul><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
