For the right candidate, this role provides an opportunity to develop a strong career, and the chance to contribute to one of the most exciting spaces in digital advertising — helping brands safely and authentically engage the next generation.</span></p><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9c81b0be-7fff-b52b-3b25-e69c3459d749">What You'll Do</strong></span></p><p><span>As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for accelerating revenue growth and client relationships across several of our growth verticals spending your time prospecting and developing new business opportunities.</span></p><p><span>We're looking for someone who wants to hustle, learn and grow their career in Sales. In this role, you will:</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Prospect and develop new business across Toy, FMCG, Food & Beverage, and Retail brands.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build trusted partnerships with marketing leaders and brand decision-makers. As the account owner, you'll work to provide outstanding service that breaks new business and results in consistent growth from our customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Responsible for leading and aligning efforts across pre-sales, brand strategy, post-sales, and insights teams to ensure exceptional client service and the delivery of tailored, strategic solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify strategic opportunities to expand revenue within existing and new accounts. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and client services teams to deliver best-in-class campaigns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Represent SuperAwesome's mission and solutions with clarity, vision, and credibility in the market.</span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9c81b0be-7fff-b52b-3b25-e69c3459d749"><br></strong></p></li></ul><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-9c81b0be-7fff-b52b-3b25-e69c3459d749">Who You Are</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>You have 2+ years of experience in media sales, customer success, and/or client relations.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You move fast, are focused on delivering results.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Customer-centric, passionate, scrappy, solutions-focused, and innovative.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to creatively solve problems in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent presentation, communication, influencing, sales and business development skills.</span></p></li><li><p><span>You are self-motivated with a bias toward action.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Data driven storyteller.
