Business Development Executive (Micro Insurance)

We prioritize innovation, collaboration, and professional growth, making us a dynamic place to advance your career in the insurance industry.</p><h4>Responsibilities</h4><ul><li><p>Maintaining the Micro Insurance existing business</p></li><li><p>Supervise and monitoring CS (Customer Service) function</p></li><li><p>Understanding the business through production data (able to analyze production data)</p></li><li><p>Finding new insurance company as partner </p></li><li><p>Finding new potential client for Thailand market to expand business portfolio</p></li><li><p>Understanding and follow the SOP of each department within the company and insurance company</p></li></ul><p></p><h4>Qualifications</h4><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of 3 years Business Development/Sales experience in digital-based company (is preferred)</p></li><li><p>Having knowledge about e-commerce insurance in Thailand</p></li><li><p>Having background in insurance (is preferred)</p></li><li><p>Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task</p></li><li><p>Have ability to operate Microsoft Offices (MS Excels, MS Power Point) and google environments.</p></li></ul><p>Having a creative thinking and analytical thinking skill to discover new opportunities</p><p>Having a great Time and Project Management skills</p>
