Who are looking to recruit a <strong>Japanese</strong> speaking <strong>Business Development Manager.</strong><br></p><p></p><p>Position: <strong>Business Development Manager.</strong></p><p>Location: Remote</p><p>Employment type: Full-time or Contractor</p><p>Remuneration: Base salary + commission</p><p></p><p><strong>About the role.</strong><br>The role focuses on building IB (Introducing Broker) networks, affiliate partnerships, and driving new client acquisition.<br><br></p><p><strong>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Develop and manage Introducing Broker (IB) and affiliate partnerships within the Japanese market</p></li><li><p>Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners, traders, and introducing brokers</p></li><li><p>Generate new leads through partner networks, affiliate channels, and social media platformsBuild and maintain strong long-term relationships with partners to drive trading activity and growth.</p></li><li><p>Monitor partner performance and provide regular reporting on results and opportunities</p></li><li><p>Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and developments within the Forex/CFD market.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Fluent/ native in <strong>Japanese</strong> and <strong>English</strong> (C1), with good proficiency in both writing and communication</p></li><li><p>Proven experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Sales within the Forex or CFD industry</p></li><li><p>Existing network of IBs, affiliates, or trading communities in the Japanese market is highly preferred</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of FX trading platforms such as MT4, MT5, or similar</p></li><li><p>Highly target-driven with strong relationship management skills</p></li><li><p>Ability to work independently in a remote environment.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>BENEFITS:</strong></p><ul><li><p>Competitive base salary plus high commission structure.</p></li><li><p>Uncapped earning potential linked to performance</p></li><li><p>Fully remote and flexible working environment</p></li><li><p>Opportunity to grow your career within a rapidly expanding global brokerage.</p></li></ul>
