<div>This is a position within Haldren and not with one of its clients. <br></div><div>This fully remote position strengthens operational rhythm and client responsiveness across retained and contingent assignments, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through.<br></div><div>Key Responsibilities<br></div><ul><li>Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profile<br></li> <li>Map target accounts and create multi-threaded stakeholder engagement plans<br></li> <li>Lead sales cadence, pipeline reviews, and prioritisation across key accounts<br></li> <li>Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure handover quality and ongoing account health<br></li> <li>Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines<br></li> </ul><br><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience leading sales cadence and coaching pipeline management practices <br></li> <li>Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally services-led or solution sales<br></li> <li>Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals<br></li> <li>Strong CRM hygiene and forecasting discipline<br></li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment<br></li> <li>High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations<br></li> <li>Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement<br></li> <li>Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management<br></li> </ul><br><h3>Benefits</h3><ul><li>Salary range: 750,000 - 980,000 <br></li> <li>Remote work arrangement (South Africa)<br></li> <li>Opportunities for professional growth<br></li> <li>Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers.<br></li> <li>Open communication environment.<br></li> <li>Full medical coverage.<br></li> </ul><div>Haldren is a recruitment agency that provides services to clients ranging from startups and non profits to multinational corporations.
