The successful candidate will take <em>ownership</em> of our <em>lead</em> management process, help improve existing workflows, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><h3>CRM Management</h3><ul><li>Manage and maintain leads within LeadSimple CRM</li><li>Ensure all <em>lead</em> information is accurate and up to date</li><li>Track <em>lead</em> activity, follow-ups, and sales pipeline progress</li><li>Maintain organized records and ensure timely communication with prospects</li></ul><h3><em>Lead</em> Follow-Up &amp; Nurturing</h3><ul><li>Respond to and follow up with incoming leads</li><li>Build relationships with prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and text messages</li><li>Keep leads engaged throughout the sales process</li><li>Schedule appointments and coordinate next steps when appropriate</li></ul><h3>Business Development</h3><ul><li>Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients</li><li>Generate new leads through online research, prospecting, and networking</li><li>Identify opportunities to expand the company's client base</li><li>Develop and execute <em>lead</em> generation strategies to support business growth</li></ul><h3>Process Improvement</h3><ul><li>Evaluate current CRM and <em>lead</em> management workflows</li><li>Recommend and implement improvements to increase efficiency</li><li>Help create structured processes for <em>lead</em> tracking, follow-up, and reporting</li><li>Identify gaps in current systems and suggest solutions</li></ul><h3>Reporting &amp; Communication</h3><ul><li>Track key business development metrics and activities</li><li>Provide regular updates on <em>lead</em> generation efforts and pipeline status</li><li>Communicate opportunities, challenges, and recommendations to management</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, <em>Lead</em> Generation, or a similar role</li><li><strong>Hands-on experience using LeadSimple CRM (required)</strong></li><li>Experience managing sales pipelines and <em>lead</em> follow-up processes</li><li>Strong outbound calling and prospecting experience</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and take <em>ownership</em> of responsibilities</li><li>Comfortable learning new processes and recommending improvements</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience working in Property Management, Real Estate, or related industries</li><li>Experience managing CRM workflows and sales processes</li><li>Familiarity with <em>lead</em> generation tools and online prospecting platforms</li><li>Experience working remotely and managing priorities independently</li></ul><h3>What We're Looking For</h3><ul><li>A self-starter who can work with minimal supervision</li><li>Someone who enjoys building relationships and generating new business opportunities</li><li>A proactive professional who follows through consistently</li><li>A process-oriented individual who can identify inefficiencies and improve workflows</li><li>Someone who is comfortable balancing <em>lead</em> generation, follow-up, and CRM management responsibilities</li></ul></div><p>Originally posted on <a href="https://himalayas.app">Himalayas</a></p>
