Our Corporate Development team is the strategic engine behind our growth: partnerships, market access, public funding, and international expansion.</span></p><p><strong>π€ Reporting Structure</strong></p><p><strong>Direct Report:</strong> Laure (Corporate Development Lead)</p><p><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Cross-team</p><h3>π§ Your missions</h3><p>As Corporate Development Manager, your responsibilities are, but not limited to:</p><p><strong>1. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead high-impact cross-functional projects: structure, prioritize, and execute in collaboration with product, commercial, and medical teams.</p></li><li><p>Identify, initiate, and structure strategic alliances with key stakeholders: big pharma, medical device manufacturers, and academic institutions.</p></li><li><p>Conduct market intelligence to identify expansion opportunities, new product launches, and disruptive business models.</p></li></ul><p><strong>2. Public Grants & Funding Strategy</strong></p><ul><li><p>Manage and optimize a portfolio of public grants, ensuring alignment with national and European funding opportunities.</p></li><li><p>Lead grant applications, reporting, and compliance to maximize funding impact.</p></li><li><p>Identify new funding opportunities aligned with the product roadmap.</p></li></ul><p><strong>3. Market Access & Public Affairs (France)</strong></p><ul><li><p>Shape health policy by engaging with key decision-makers: HAS, Ministry of Health, Assurance Maladie.</p></li><li><p>Lead or contribute to clinical, medico-economic, and organizational impact studies.</p></li><li><p>Develop high-value strategic content for policymakers, payers, and healthcare institutions: reimbursement dossiers, policy briefs, institutional pitch decks.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain a strategic network: payers, public authorities, professional societies, and patient advocacy groups.</p></li><li><p>Monitor regulatory frameworks and funding schemes proactively (LATM, LPPR, PECAN, etc.).</p></li></ul><p><strong>4.
