Business Development Intern (m/f/x) | Climate Tech Startup

<p>We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic intern to support our Business Development teams. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced startup environment while contributing to exciting projects that shape the future of battery recycling.</p>

Your responsibilities<div><br><ul><li>Assist in the development and optimization of new business models related to battery recycling.<br><br></li><li>Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product development strategies.<br><br></li><li>Support the pricing strategy by analyzing costs, market data, and customer feedback to propose competitive pricing models.<br><br></li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and sales, to gather insights and ensure alignment on product offerings.<br><br></li><li>Participate in business development initiatives, including identifying potential partners and stakeholders for collaboration, and develop proper marketing activities.<br><br></li><li>Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to the team.<br><br></li><li>Engage in various tasks to support the overall business development process, including outreach to potential clients and partners.</li></ul></div>

What you need to succeed<br><br><ul><li>Experience in business development, sales and marketing departments, preferred in a startup or consulting environment.<br><br></li><li>Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.<br><br></li><li>Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in business development and market dynamics.<br><br></li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.<br><br></li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.<br><br></li><li>A passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in the recycling and clean tech sectors.<br><br></li><li>Fluent business English and German skills</li></ul>
