At PriceShape, we're looking for motivated Business Development Managers to join our commercial team and play a key role in driving our growth</strong>.</span></p><p><span>In this role, you'll take full ownership of qualified opportunities, guiding deals from discovery to close through a value-driven and customer-centric sales approach. Rather than leading with product, you'll focus on deeply understanding each customer's business goals, challenges, and commercial drivers and translate that into clear, tangible value.</span></p><p><span>You'll work closely with a talented team of BDRs, marketers, and product experts to ensure every opportunity is approached with insight, structure and impact.</span></p><p><span>This is a role for someone who thrives in complex sales environments, knows how to challenge and guide customers, and is motivated by creating real business outcomes, not just closing deals.</span></p><hr><h2>What You'll Do</h2><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5e907854-7fff-e9ce-936b-623b6a2c9549">You'll be responsible for owning and progressing opportunities end-to-end, with a strong focus on value creation and business alignment:</strong></span></p><ul><li><p><span>Own and manage qualified opportunities from discovery to close</span></p></li><li><p><span>Lead deep, structured discovery to understand customer business models, goals, and challenges</span></p></li><li><p><span>Identify and quantify value potential aligned with customer objectives</span></p></li><li><p><span>Facilitate commercial conversations focused on business impact and outcomes, not just product features</span></p></li><li><p><span>Guide stakeholders through complex decision-making processes with a clear and structured approach</span></p></li><li><p><span>Build strong relationships with multiple stakeholders, including economic buyers and decision-makers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive deal progression, negotiations, and contract closure</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline visibility</span></p></li><li><p><span>Forecast revenue and contribute to pipeline reviews</span></p></li></ul><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-5e907854-7fff-e9ce-936b-623b6a2c9549">You'll also play a key role in strengthening our commercial setup:</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with BDRs to ensure high-quality pipeline and strong discovery foundations</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with marketing on inbound leads and provide feedback on messaging and positioning</span></p></li><li><p><span>Share customer insights with product and leadership to influence roadmap and market approach</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to refining our value-based sales methodology and best practices</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ensure smooth and structured handover to Customer Success, including business goals and expected outcomes</span></p></li></ul><hr><h2>Who You Are</h2><p><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e7dbebc3-7fff-0d36-29fe-1ed5d05ce14b">We're looking for a commercially driven, structured, and curious sales professional who understands that great sales start with understanding the customer.</strong></span></p><h5><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-e7dbebc3-7fff-0d36-29fe-1ed5d05ce14b">Need to have</strong></span></h5><ul><li><p><span>3–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably SaaS)</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong experience with value-based or consultative sales approaches</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to run structured discovery and uncover business needs and drivers</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience managing opportunities through a structured, multi-stakeholder sales cycle</span></p></li><li><p><span>Confidence engaging mid-market or enterprise stakeholders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication and presentation skills in English</span></p></li><li><p><span>Structured and disciplined approach to pipeline management and CRM usage</span></p></li><li><p><span>A proactive, resilient, and results-driven consumer brands</span></p></li><li><p><span>Exposure to pricing strategy, revenue optimization, or marketing performance tools</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience selling complex or data-driven SaaS solutions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Familiarity with methodologies like MEDDICC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in a customer-centric, insight-led
