<p>EER Poland is looking for a New Business Development Specialist</p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The position is focused on developing PEE in the Polish market, with potential future expansion into neighbouring regions (Baltic)</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The role combines <strong>new business development and account management </strong>and is primarily focused on building relationships with distributors and end-users across key sectors.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The successful candidate will act as a <strong>market opener</strong>, responsible for developing the company's presence locally and building long-term partnerships.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Key Markets &amp; Customer Segments</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The primary focus will be the Polish market, particularly:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Distributors</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Food service companies</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Restaurants</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Retail sector</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>There is also potential for the role to gradually expand into the Baltic countries.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Sales Focus</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The role requires a strong <strong>business development mindset</strong>, including:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Building new relationships with distributors and key industry players</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Developing new accounts and identifying business opportunities</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Managing and growing existing accounts</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Generating and managing a strong sales pipeline</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Promoting PPE product portfolio within the public and industrial sectors</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The candidate will also follow up on leads generated internally or through trade shows and marketing activities.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Candidate Profile</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>We are looking for a candidate who combines <strong>commercial drive with strong interpersonal skills and cultural fit within the team</strong>.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Key qualities include:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong <strong>B2B sales experience (minimum ~5 years in field sales)</strong></span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Experience selling through <strong>distributors and/or directly to end-users</strong></span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ability to build relationships with <strong>decision makers across multiple industries</strong></span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Highly <strong>communicative, energetic and proactive personality</strong></span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Someone who brings <strong>enthusiasm, energy and initiative</strong></span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Strong relationship-building and communication skills</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Ability to work independently and expertise is <strong>not the main focus</strong> — cultural fit, communication skills and commercial mindset are considered more important.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Experience in <strong>PPE, safety products, hospitality supplies, food service or related sectors</strong> would be advantageous.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Team Structure</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The role will report operationally to the <strong>National Sales Manager</strong>, while also working closely with <strong>Dave and the international sales leadership team</strong>.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The Direct Sales team is currently small and close-knit, consisting of:</span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Dave (Netherlands)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Sales team members in Spain and Ireland</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The new hire will become the local commercial presence in Poland.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Working Model</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Location:</strong> Poland</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Work model:</strong> 100% remote / field-based role</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Regular travel within Poland to meet clients</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Occasional travel to neighbouring markets if required</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The candidate will be responsible for managing their own schedule and customer meetings.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Employment Model</strong></span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>SFC currently operates in Poland through Deel, which will handle the employment setup.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>This means the candidate will be employed through Deel as the local employment partner.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span><strong>Compensation</strong></span></p><ul><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Base salary:</strong> €50,000 – €60,000 (depending on experience)</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Bonus:</strong> uncapped commission structure</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span><strong>Company car</strong> or car allowance</span></p></li><li class="MsoNormal"><p><span>Standard sales tools and support</span></p></li></ul><p class="MsoNormal"><span>The salary range may be <strong>slightly negotiable depending on the candidate's profile and experience</strong>.</span></p><p
